Our Goal is to offer small to medium breweries the highest quality German ingredients that German breweries actually use. Also, we want to offer the highest quality hops without having to pay for the expensive contracts. US breweries currently use the German ingredients that are simply available from two sources. Little known secret is that German breweries do not use the current German base malt offerings available here in the USA. We are changing that.
Be Authentic.
What do we mean?
After living and brewing in Germany, it became clear that we have limited choices when it comes to quality German brewing ingredients in the USA. This is more the case for smaller breweries. Our goal is to offer the same quality ingredients that German brewers have been using for generations. We source directly from the farmers, personally select the ingredients and offer them straight to small to medium breweries here in the USA without expensive contracts.
